China and Cambodia are close neighbors, good friends, good brothers, and good partners. As traditional good-neighborliness and friendship at the time of the establishment of diplomatic relations have evolved into a comprehensive partnership and then a comprehensive strategic partnership, the two countries are endeavoring to build a strategic community with a shared future.
